  • 1 packet of Tagliatelle or any kind of pasta (250 g)
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (600 g)
  • vegetable oil (to taste)
  • a pinch of salt

  • 1 cup white spreadable cheese (100 g)
  • 2 glasses of natural yogurt (300 g)
  • 1 lemon (30 g)
  • ground black pepper (to taste)
  • chives (to taste)

Sauce preparation

  1.  Mix the two glasses of yogurt with the cream cheese until it forms a fine paste.
  2.  Add the lemon peel and half of the squeezed lemon juice.
  3.  Continue with the black pepper and chopped chives, then leave the mixture in the refrigerator.

Prepare salmon

  1.  Preheat the oven to 200.
  2.  Boil the pasta with water and salt to taste, drain well, then leave them covered.
  3.  Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish with the side on which the skin is normally located.
  4.  Season it with salt and pepper to taste.
  5.  Sprinkle with a little olive oil.
  6.  Fry it on the grill for 10 minutes. If you don’t have a grill, then cook in a covered pan.

  • 4 salmon fillets without skin or bones (600 g)
  • 6 small red onions (150 g)
  • 1 lemon (30 g)

Method of preparation

  1.  Cut the lemon into very thin slices and fry it in butter until it starts to caramelize.
  2.  Add the chopped red onion and leave it until translucent.
  3.  Add half of the freshly squeezed lemon juice and bring to the boil. Then leave to cool.
  4.  Add the cream and put it on the fire again, stirring gently. Bring to a boil until reduced by half.
  5.  Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6.  Cover a tray with aluminum foil and grease well the portion on which the salmon will stand.

  1.  Preheat the oven to 180.
